Manner Moves to FCC’s Office of Engineering and Technology (6/25/12)
Jennifer Manner, who previously served as deputy chief of the FCC’s Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau (PSHSB) moved to the Office of Engineering and Technology (OET) in the same role. Manner will work closely on incentive auctions in that bureau, an FCC spokeswoman said.

Ken Moran continues to serve as senior deputy chief in PSHSB, focusing on security issues and overseeing the operations and emergency management division. David Furth is a deputy chief in the bureau, overseeing most of the issues of the policy division. Lisa Fowlkes is also a deputy chief in charge of the cybersecurity and communications reliability division and alerting issues handled by the policy division.
