Tennessee County Goes Live with Fire RMS (7/2/12)
Rutherford County, Tenn., went live with a fire records management system (RMS) from Emergency Technologies Inc. (ETI). The Rutherford County Fire Rescue Department began using the software in April.
The suite includes numerous modules to help the agency streamline its processes and increase efficiency throughout the agency.
Rutherford County is located in central Tennessee and has a population of more than 250,000. The fire department has 11 volunteer fire/rescue stations covering a territory of more than 626 square miles.
