EF Johnson Announces Tiered Dealer Program (8/22/12)
EF Johnson Technologies announce a new tiered dealer program that increases the focus on the end customer, enhances the company's partnerships with dealers and increases the dealers' profitability by providing competitive incentives, expert training and advanced sales tools.

"In order to exceed our end customer's expectations, we partner with our dealers, combining their regional expertise with EF Johnson's full line of advanced public-safety radios and complete radio system solutions. The Impact Partner Program is the foundation of our increased commitment to our dealer partnerships."
Through the Impact Partner Program, dealers are categorized into three tiers — silver, gold and platinum — based on their sales performance. Top-tier dealers receive benefits in the form of advanced sales tools, training, and opportunities to directly provide feedback to the company and sales performance incentives including increased product discounts.
“Unlike competitors' programs, all dealers have a direct relationship with EF Johnson, ensuring a dealer's local customer has access to the best service and price," said Tom LaHoda, vice president of channel and partnership development.
Dealers who become members of the new program are provided with tools to help them accomplish their sales goals. Tools include a user-friendly website and online access to a new quoting and configuration tool. Participation on quarterly regional conference calls and free web-based training are also included.
